Having well-designed, well-implemented and well-followed business process is the key to smooth operations, timely and quality data and reporting, and happy employees and customers.. Designing & implementing a successful process includes discovery, digestion, analysis, collaboration, feedback, buy-in, approvals, testing, training and communication. We partner with you to design processes that are effective within your teams and across teams, functions or business units. The majority of process efforts require tool or system updates and/or implementations. We define and track clear requirements and often are the IT business partner through implementation. During transformation projects or post-acquisition, we work with you to understand, standardize or improve, or re-engineer processes to ensure accurate data visibility and smooth operations.

Data Analysis & Financial Modeling

Data-driven decisions and business cases for revenue-generating, cost-saving or operational improvement initiatives involve analysis to understand impact, opportunity and/or risk and are key inputs to strategic planning, budgeting and roadmapping. We work with leaders, BI & finance, systems admins, analysts, etc. to understand the data available within your organization and develop a transparent methodology to model these scenarios in the most accurate way. During post-acquisition engagements, analysis & modeling around synergy realization and value creation is often a supplemental service we provide to ensure that the integration decisions & projects being executed are driving the value expected from the acquisition. During Transformations, business cases can inform timelines and Phasing of rollout depending on modeled costs.
